The largest medical complex to be opened in Arvand Free Zone

The first phase of Abadan Metropole Medical, Administrative and Commercial Complex was put into operation in Arvand Free Zone.
According to Public Relations and International Affairs department of Arvand Free Zone Organization, in presence of Khuzestan Governor, Gholamreza Shariati, Ismaeil Zamani, Managing Director of Arvand Free Zone Organization and a group of other officials, the first phase of Abadan’s Metropole Medical and Administrative Complex was put into operation.
At the ceremony, the Investment Deputy of Arvand Free Zone Organization, mentioned the project as a set of indicators in the field of health services to the honorable citizens of this region, as well as its influential role in the field of health tourism.
Mr. Mousavi said, the operation of this medical complex will eliminate a significant part of the existing problems in the area of health and medicine and there will be no need for citizens to go to the provincial capital and other cities for treatment.
Emphasizing that all the standards of medical education of the country have been used in the construction of the complex, Mr. Mousavi stated: Iranian material is used in the construction of this complex and the original Iranian- Islamic style architecture is one of the most important points of this medical complex.
Sayed Ali Mousavi, regarding the project’s employment, noted, the first phase of the Metropole Medical Complex, launched over a twenty-four-month period, has provided employment for 220 people directly and for about 600 people indirectly.
