The molecular laboratory will be put into operation in Arvand Free Zone

Dr. Seyed Mehdi Mousavi, the Director of Health of Arvand Free Zone Organization announced the opening of the first molecular laboratory (Corona) of Abadan School of Medical Sciences in Arvand Free Zone.
According to the Public Relations and International Affairs Department of Arvand Free Zone Organization, Dr. Mousavi announced the news, adding after a month of relentless efforts, the molecular laboratory (virology) will finally be put into operation on Thursday (April 24, 2020) with the participation of Abadan School of Medical Sciences and Arvand Free Zone Organization.
Dr. Mousavi, stating that the joint cooperation of Arvand Free Zone Organization and Abadan School of Medical Sciences has once again caused a step forward in improving the health situation in the region, added: this laboratory has been jointly funded by Arvand Free Zone Organization and Abadan School of Medical Sciences with a credit of 1 Billion and 400 Million Tomans.
The director of health and treatment of Arvand Free Zone Organization said: one of the advantages of this laboratory is the rapid diagnosis of the disease in the region and stated: from now on, in the diagnosis of Coronavirus and any other viral disease, there is no need to refer patients’ tests to the provincial center.
It is worth mentioning that the molecular Laboratory (Corona) of Abadan School of Medical Sciences is ready to provide services to patients in Arvand Free Zone and neighboring cities.
